This revision petition has been filed against the judgment of acquittal. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report regarding the whereabouts of the respondent-accused. According to report, respondent Mr. Banshi Mal has died on 06.09.2011. The report and the death certificate of the respondent-accused are taken on record. 3. The petition has become abated.
