Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained Treacher at Government Primary School Bhagawat, Education Block Sarahan, District Shimla, H.P. His case is that he had preferred a representation on 31.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.4, seeking his transfer under 5% Inter District Quota in terms of Policy dated 20.11.2021. Petitioner’s grievance is that the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 4. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.4/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and under 5% inter district quota in terms of notification dated 20.11.2021, within a period of six weeks from today.
