Petitioner is second wife of late C.Krishna Murthy Rao, and 3. that the first wife already died on 31.03.1998 before their marriage. Petitioner has two daughters and two sons. After demise of her husband, she made a claim for sanction of pension and also for compassionate appointment. As respondents have not heeded the same, she preferred O.A.No.9127 of 2013, which has been disposed of by an order dated 27.06.2014 by directing the respondents to release pension and other benefits, due to death of her husband which have later been paid. Insofar as, her claim for compassionate appointment is concerned, the same has not been considered so far. 3 HCGRJ W-P.No.12904 of 2025 V Petitioner alsp made another representation dated 03.03.2025 to 3 rd respondent, which is stated to be pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the 3'^^ respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on aforesaid representation. 4. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents submits that representation of petitioner would be considered in accordance with law. 6. In view of aforesaid submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 03.03.2025, submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
