The applicant is aggrieved by the Bail conditions No. 6 (c) in the order dated 08.10.2018, passed by this Court (Hon’ble Judge has retired) in Bail Application No. Page No.# 2/2 2339/2018, (applicant Kamal Debnath). 3. In the said condition, it was stipulated that he would not leave the territorial limits of city of Guwahati without written permission of the Trial court and without informing the investigating agency. 4. The learned prosecution submits that the case is now at the stage of trial before the learned Special Court. The applicant is now stated to be a businessman staying in Barpeta. 5. Accordingly, the condition No. 6 (c) in the order dated 08.10.2018 is hereby cancelled. 6. This order shall be read together with the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in BA2339/2018. 7.
