In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing FIR/Case Crime No.586 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 87 of B.N.S., Police Station-Gola, District- Kheri. 4. Sri Anirudh Singh, learned A.G.A has shown the instruction/ letter sent by Mohd. Khalid, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Gola, District- Kheri. The instruction is taken on record. 5. As per the aforesaid instructions, investigation has been completed and Final Report bearing no. 139 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025 has been sent to the court concerned. 6. Considering the aforesaid instruction, it appears that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present case, therefore the present petition is Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Suresh Kumar Gupta, Yogesh Gupta Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
