Heard Sri. Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-I for the respondents. 3. Petitioner has been appointed as Civil Assistant Surgeon Specialist and posted to Primary Health Centre at T.Sakibanda, YSR Kadapa District, by proceedings dated 02.03.2011. 4. The petitioner has passed departmental tests including the Executive Officer Test on 13.05.2012, and has been absorbed as Director of Secondary Health on 08.01.2024. She iIS presently working at Area Hospital, Rayachoty. The petitioner has departmental tests except the Language Test, clear the Language Test and has the petitioner claims benefit cleared all As she could not now crossed the age of 45 years, under G.O.Ms.No.225, dated 18.05.1999, which envisages that persons who have not cleared all departmental tests as a one-time measure, are entitled to be considered for promotion to the next post. The petitioner is stated to be eligible and entitled to be considered for promotion to the post of Deputy Civil Surgeon. # 3 CGR, J. .WR No. 12656 of 2025 The respondents have prepared a seniority list of Civil 5. Assistant Surgeon Specialists, which is a periodic category for promotion to the post of Deputy Civil Surgeon, by proceedings dated 12.04.2025, and are proceeding with promotions. As the petitioner has not cleared the Language Test, she is not being considered in the aforesaid seniority list. The petitioner has rscjussting submitted a representation to respondent consideration of her case in terms of G O Ms,No 225, dated 18.05.1999, for inclusion in the seniority list. Based on this respondent No.3 has addressed a letter dated 11.03.2025 to / respondent No.2, submitting the petitioner’s service particulars. ( i Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the 6. petitioner has now crossed 45 years, she is entitled to be considered for the one-time requirement of passing the Special Test in terms of G.O.Ms.No.225, dated 18.05.1999. He places reliance on the orders passed by this Court in W.R Nos. 6908 of 2020 and 7701 of 2021.
