EX.P. 58/2019 & EX.P. 103/2019 4. It is stated that Agreement to Sell, as contemplated in the Settlement, has been already entered into on 30.03.2025. 5. In view of the order passed above, binding the parties to the terms of Settlement, the execution petitions are disposed of. 6. The parties are at liberty to revive the execution petitions in case of non-compliance. 7. The next date of hearing i.e. 15.05.2025 stands cancelled.
