ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner seeks following relief:
"a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
order, or direction directing the Respondents to grant renewal of recognition to M/s. Balaji Inter National School for the academic year 2023-24 and 24-25 and to consider the representation dated 15.02.2025 as per Annexure-H;

b) Direct the Respondents to issue a duplicate copy of the lost approval order for conducting classes from 6th to 7th standard granted in the academic year 2005-06 to enable the institution to comply with the procedural requirements for future renewal applications without hindrance; and c) Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite the petitioner submitted the representation dated 15th February, 2025 (Annexure-H) seeking renewal of the recognition in favour of the petitioner-Institution for the academic year 2023-24 and 2024- 25, respondent-Authorities have neither considered the same nor taken any steps/action pursuant thereto and as such, the petitioner- Institution is before this Court by way of the present petition.
4. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in the event, if the respondents tagged the students of the petitioner-Institution to the Government School before taking decision on the representation made by the petitioner, the

petitioner-Institution would be put to irreparable injury and hardship and as such, there is an urgency in the matter.
5. Per contra, learned Additional Government for respondents submit that, if the reasonable time is granted, the respondent-Authorities will consider the representation of the petitioner-Institution and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and
submissions made by learned counsel for the both the sides, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of the present petition, directing the concerned respondent to address the grievances of the petitioner-Institution and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner-Institution dated 15th February, 2025 (Annexure-H) in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
7. In addition thereto, till the respondent-Authorities comply with the direction stated (supra), the respondents shall not take any precipitative action/coercive steps against the petitioner-Institution or its students.

8. Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner-Institution to submit additional pleadings/documents to the respondent- Authorities.
9. It is further directed that, while considering the representation of the petitioner-Institution dated 15th February, 2025 (Annexure-H), the respondent concerned shall verify all the records relating to the petitioner-Institution available with the respondent- Authorities and proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
