The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No. 35/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 341, 376, 120B, 498A of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M,. Bermo at Tenughat, Bokaro. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. It appears that occurrence is alleged to have taken place in January, 2023 and the present case has been instituted after lapse of ten months. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M,.
