The appellants/claimants Mustt. Manisha Begum, Md. Samed Ali and Mustt. Saleha Begum, are present. 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurer has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs and Fifty Thousand) as compensation to the claimants. 4. As agreed among the claimants, an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lacs and Fifty Thousand) is apportioned in favour of the claimant No. 1 and she will receive the amount of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lacs and Fifty Thousand) to be deposited by the Insurer before the Registry of this Court. An amount Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) is apportioned in favour of claimant No. 2 and he will receive Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) to be deposited by the Insurer before the Registry of this Court and; an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs) is apportioned in favour of claimant No. 3 to be deposited by the Insurer before the Registry of this Court and she will receive Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs) to be deposited by the Insurer from the Registry of this Court. Page No.# 3/3 5. The amount of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs and Fifty Thousand) is to be deposited by the Insurer within six weeks from today. The claimants are allowed to withdraw the amount apportioned as above from the Registry of this Court after proper verification and identification of the claimants by the Registry. 6.
