Ayub Ansari, Advocate --- 04/11.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hiranpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 79, 109, 74, 76, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur. On 31.03.2025, while the informant was getting his house constructed, the petitioner who is the brother of the informant along with co-accused persons came there and assaulted him. When his wife came to his rescue, she was also roughed up. It was submitted that parties have settled their dispute. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted Anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Md. Ayub Ansari, learned counsel for the informant submitted that the parties have settled their dispute. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur, in connection with Hiranpur P.S.
