Heard Shri Anjani Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Vinay Kumar Shahi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed seeking following main relief (s) :- "A writ, order or direction in the nature of HABEAS CORPUS commanding thereby the Opposite party no.3 & 4 to release the petitioner/detenue from their illegal detention and produce her before this Hon'ble Court. (ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of HABEAS CORPUS commanding thereby the Opposite party no.3 & 4 to set free the petitioner/detenue to go to anywhere she wants." 3. On being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law including under Section (s) 100/101 BNSS, 2023. 4. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the papers/documents annexed with the present petition, to the learned counsel for the petitioners, as per Rules.
