By way of filing this writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing a direction to the respondents to grant No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the petitioner-Institution for running the Nursing Course i.e. GNM Nursing Course for the academic session 2023-2024. (2 of 2) [CW-7512/2024] 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the new academic session 2024-2025 has started, so the respondents be directed to allow the petitioner- institute to conduct counseling process for getting admission of the students in the petitioner-institution. 3. Counsel for the respondents opposed the prayer and submitted that so far as the academic session 2023-2024 is concerned, the same has become infructuous and for new academic session 2024-2025, no fresh application for inspection was submitted by the petitioner-institution and in the meantime, 4th round of counseling has been completed. Counsel submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh application, the respondents would consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law. 3. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh application for inspection before the respondents. 4. Dismissed with the liberty aforesaid. In case, any fresh application is submitted by the petitioner before the respondents within a period of one week, the respondents are expected to decide the same strictly in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.
