The applicant has filed the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to direct the concerned court i.e. A.D.J., Court No.17, Lucknow to decide the Application dated 8-12-2021, contained as Annexure No.2, moved by the applicant before the court concerned related with the Case i.e. the Session Trial No.400 of 2019 (Rajmani Versus Ashok Kumar Singh & Others), under section-364 I.P.C., Police Station-Vibhutikhand, District-Lucknow pending in the court of A.D.J., Court No.17, Lucknow, expeditiously, within the stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the said trial is pending since 2019 without substantial progress. He has brought on record the ordersheets. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the limited prayer made in the application. In view of the above, as the matter is of 2019 only, no time frame can be fixed, however, learned trial court concerned is directed to conclude the trial in the aforesaid Session Trial No. 400 of 2019, expeditiously, without giving unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Needless to say that the applicant will cooperate in the proceedings.
