Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Sri Ramesh Gupta, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.4 & 5. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 04.08.2025 bearing no.0334 of 2025, under Sections 331(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Pisawan, District Sitapur. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioners and respondents no.4 & 5 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 11.08.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-3 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 08.10.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 08.10.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 10.10.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioners and respondents no.4 & 5. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent no.4 & 5 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed.
