This writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs :- (i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the Principal Secretary Infrastructure and Industries Development Department, Government of U.P., Lucknow (opp. party no.2) to consider and decide the petitioner's application dated 20.08.2025, expeditiously say within time framed period as directed by this Hon'ble Court, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice. It is the case of the petitioner that his land has been sold by co-tenure holders who had a limited one-third share in the property-in-question to respondent no.3 and they have also received the sale consideration. The petitioner has made a representation to respondent no. 2 on 20.08.2025, which is still pending. He prays that his representation be directed to be decided.
