The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court dated 24.05.2024, the respondents filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.725 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an interim stay in C.M.P.No.6148 of 2025, by an order dated 17.03.2025. 3. In view of the above submission, at present, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
