Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1.72 cents in Sy.No. 10/1 and Ac.2.32 cents in Sy.No.10/2 situated at Kilakupodu Village, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District is petitioners’ ancestral property. The petitioners made application/representation to the respondents seeking for mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject land. But till date the respondents did not consider the same. Hence, the present Writ Petition. V V / 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents submits that if the petitioners submits 6-A application through online, the respondents will conduct a detailed enquiry and dispose of the said 6-A application, within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate dispose of the Writ Petition directing the petitioners to submit 6-A application along with requisite fees through online, within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. After receipt of the said 6-A application, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and in compliance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, within a period of three(3) months thereafter. to 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
