HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 482 BNSS No. - 1920 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE KARUNESH SINGH PAWAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for State. The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime No.115 of 2025 under Seciton 3, 5(1) U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Act and Seciton 351(3) BNS, Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh. Learned counsel for applicant, after arguing for some time, submits that he does not want to press the anticipatory bail application; rather he may be granted liberty to file regular bail application and the same may be decided in the light of judgment of Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021. In view of the above, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused and the application is dismissed as not pressed.
