Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus a) directing the 1st respondent to take immediate action under Para 16A of the Symbols Order, 1968 and Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, including de-recognition of Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam; b) directing the 1st respondent to strictly enforce the prohibition on the use of children and women in any political rallies, processions, and election campaigns across the State, in strict compliance with its directive dated 05.02.2024; and further direct that all recognized political parties shall mandatorily submit an undertaking ensuring adherence to the above prohibition, failing which the 1st respondent shall initiate appropriate action including de-recognition of the defaulting party; c) directing the respondents 2 to 11 to fix liability upon the leadership of the said political party for mobilizing women and minor children unlawfully, resulting in mass casualties; d) directing the 5th respondent to issue necessary direction to the 12th alteration for alteration of FIR in Crime No.855/2025 on the file of Karur Town Police Station by including IPC Sections 304A, 336-338, Sections 75 & 83 of the Juvenile Justice Act, along with Section 3 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, against actor Vijay, President of Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam and other organizers; and e) directing the 13th respondent for payment of adequate compensation (minimum Rs.1 crore per deceased and proportionate relief for injured persons) to be recovered from the political party based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.9.2025 submitted to the respondents no:1 to 12 through email.
