Barbhuiya, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. 2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed praying for correction of the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by this Court in CRP(IO)/340/2024. In the said order, the order dated 18.06.2025 passed by the learned Civil judge (Senior Division), Hailakandi in Misc. Case No. 119/2025 and the further proceeding of Title Execution Case No. 02/2023 pending in the said Court was directed to be stayed. 3. Mr. Barbhuiya submits that the further proceeding of Misc. Case No. Page No.# 3/3 111/2025 arising out of Title Execution Case No.02/2023 should have been stayed. 4. This Court is of the opinion that it was a clerical error. 5. Therefore, it is hereby directed that the further proceeding of Misc. Case No. 111/2025 arising out of Title Execution Case No.02/2023 pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hailakandi shall also remain stayed. 6. This order shall form a part of the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by this Court in CRP(IO)/340/2024. With the aforesaid direction, the present interlocutory application stands disposed of.
