Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 so far as it relates petitioner's transfer. Directions issued for relieving of petitioner dated 09.09.2025 are also under challenge. Prayer has also been made for a direction to opposite parties to consider case of petitioner for compassionate transfer from District Mainpuri to District Mathura in terms of Paragraph 5(v) of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025 since he has less than two years' of service left for superannuation and intends to settle in District Mathura. 3. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for decision on representation of petitioner for transfer to District Mathura. 4. Considering the innocuous prayer, without adverting to merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Deputy Inspector General of Police (Karmik), D.G.P. Headquarter, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
