This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, 1. Shahid Marbaniang, who is stated to have arrested on 14.08.2025 and seeking regular bail in connection with Basistha P.S Case No. 405/2025, registered under Sections 303(2)/305(a)/331(4)/317(2)/313(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has submitted that in the meantime, the case has been charge-sheeted on 29.08.2025. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to approach the learned trial court for the regular bail. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is disposed of with a direction that the accused may approach the learned court below seeking regular bail in the context of completion of investigation and the filing of charge-sheet. 5.
