Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Nitish, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3, Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and Mr. Abhinav Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 5 and 6. Instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding and directing the Respondent No. 5 (District Basic Education Officer, Unnao) to pay the salary/allowances to the petitioner for his working as In-Charge/officiating Headmaster in the Upper Primary School, Majhigawan, Sadaku, District-Unnao for the period from 01/04/2018 to 03/06/2025 and further be pleased to direct the respondent No. 5 to decide the representation dated 18/09/2025 pending before it within reasonable period." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.5 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.9.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid.
