1. The petitioner has preferred the instant petition to direct the respondents to sign on all the required medical papers and start giving medical treatment to the petitioner who is suffering from Cancer disease (being dependent family member – wife of the Respondent No. 06, who is regular employee of SECL).

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 would submit that they have already taken steps to comply with the direction given by this Court for issuing referral to the other medical hospital where facility for cancer treatment is available on the condition that the petitioner shall submit the original documents.
3. Considering the submission that the respondents have already initiated steps and the object of filing of this petition is achieved. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the S.E.C.L. to send the matter to the referral hospital within 02 or 03 days.
