Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to consider petitioner's transfer from Moradabad to Jhansi in terms of couple posting as has been indicated in paragraph - 5 (iii) of Government Order dated 06.05.2025. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that out of 27 posts, 16 posts of Senior Assistant are still lying vacant in which petitioner can very well be adjusted. 4. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical and Health, Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 5.
