[2] The present Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 12(1) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for drawing up contempt proceeding against the respondent-contemnors for non-compliance with the direction of this Court dated 20.06.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.147 of 2025.
