Heard Sri Suresh Chandra Srivastava, the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. 2. Keeping in view the nature of relief sought and the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to the opposite parties is dispensed with. 3. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kaiserganj, Bahraich for early disposal of Original Suit No.2511 of 2023: Ramkumar Singh Vs. Girish Kumar. 4. The opposite party had filed a suit for injunction against the petitioner bearing Original Suit No.2511 of 2023 . 5. On the date of filing itself i.e. on 25.10.2023 the Civil Judge, Junior Division Kaiserganj, Bahraich has passed an order directing the parties to maintain status-quo. The petitioner has put in appearance before the learned trial court and has filed objection against the temporary injunction application on 27.09.2024, but till date the application for temporary injunction has not been decided. 6. In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of by issuing a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sumit Chauhan, Suresh Chandra Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : Girish Kumar @ Girish .....Petitioner(s) Ramkumar Singh .....Respondent(s) direction to the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division Kaiserganj, Bahraich to decide the temporary injunction application after taking into consideration the petitioner's objection in Original Suit No.2511 of 2023 expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties and thereafter to decide the suit itself expeditiously in accordance with law.
