This petition has been filed challenging the F.I.R. dated 02.02.2024 vide Case Crime No.037/2024, under Sections 498 A, 323, 377, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Ashiyana, District Lucknow. 3. Learned AGA submits that the charge sheet in the matter has been filed on 11.03.2024, therefore, this petition has lost it's efficacy, which could not be disputed by Sri Saksham Mishra,learned counsel for the petitioners. However, he submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as may be available under law, in case the same has not been availed. 4.
