Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicants have approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Judicial Magistrate-II, District - Hardoi (in short "trial Court") to decide Case No.846 of 2017, arising out of Case Crime No.176 of 1997, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station - G.R.P., District Hardoi, which is pending since 2017, within a time frame. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2017 without any substantial progress. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the trial Court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5.
