Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.470 of 2017 (ST No.718 of 2018) under sections 376, 511 IPC, P.S. Malihabad, District Lucknow. 3. It is argued that the applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 29.11.2017. Subsequently, the applicant was unwell, as such, he could not attend the trial and non-bailable warrants have been issued. The applicant is in custody since 21.08.2025. 4. Considering the fact that the applicant was earlier on bail and he undertakes to cooperate with the trial, he is entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Gagan be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two fresh reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Vimal Kishor Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
