Case No. 217 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 376 AB of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon a six year old minor victim. 4. The petitioner is in jail since 8.5.2024. 5. Considering the serious allegations of rape against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
