Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 02/05/2025
1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 To kindly issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ to direct the Respondent authorities to immediately constitute a committee as per section 85 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for Constitution of Selection Committee to select Members of State Commission; 10.2 To kindly direct the respondent authorities to take immediate steps to complete the process of and notify the appointment of Judicial and Technical Member of Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Raipur in a time bound manner at the earliest; 10.3 To kindly direct the respondent authorities to inform the Hon'ble High court of Chhattisgarh regarding the steps taken by it after retirement of technical and judicial member of the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Raipur;
3 10.4 To pass any other order as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
3. No objection has been raised from other side.
