By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for correction of the typographical error that has crept up in the order dated 18.07.2025 passed by this Court in CRP (I/O) No.267/2025. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the date of the execution of the Judgment and Decree was wrongly typed as ‘16.02.2023’ instead of ’29.08.2024’ in the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in CRP (I/O) No.267/2025. 4. Considering the above submission, the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in CRP (I/O) No.267/2025 is modified to the extent that in the said order instead of ’16.02.2023’ the same shall be corrected and read as ’29.08.2024’ henceforth. 5. This order shall form part of the order dated 18.07.2025, passed by this Court in CRP (I/O) No.267/2025. 6. With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
