The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant and due to a wordy quarrel, he attacked her with an iron rod and punched her eyes, causing severe injuries. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was falsely implicated in this case and he was not involved in the above said offence. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court, hence sought for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
