At the very outset, learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Sandeep, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Gomti Nagar Vistar, District Lucknow dated 12.11.2025 states that the minor girl has been recovered and further investigation is going on. Aforesaid statement is recorded. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
