ANJARIA) Since the order brought under contempt jurisdiction is an interim order, which factum could not be disputed by learned advocate Mr. Pradeep C Yadav for the complainant, the court is not inclined to exercise the jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for the simple reason that at this stage, no rights of the parties could be said to have been finally crystallized. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:11858-DB CCC No. 237 of 2025 2. The merits of subject matter including the interim order is at large before learned Single Judge in the proceedings of the writ petition, to be considered on their own merits. 3. Therefore, leaving the petitioner to work out his rights and remedies, including the plea of breach of injunction, before learned Single Judge, where the writ petition is pending, this contempt petition is not entertained.
