This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (‘1996 Act’) seeking appointment of three-member Arbitral Tribunal in relation to disputes arising out of Partnership Deed dated 11.11.2024. 2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents hands over copy of order dated 29.05.2025, whereby two petitions under Section 9 of 1996 Act being O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 177/2025 and O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 189/2025 filed by respective parties herein, were disposed of and with the consent of the parties, Sole Arbitrator was appointed by this Court to adjudicate the disputes between them. Copy of the order is taken on record. 3. Court is informed that Petitioner has taken an objection to the jurisdiction of Sole Arbitrator under Section 16 of 1996 Act, which is pending consideration. Insofar as pending application under Section 16 of the 1996 Act is concerned, it is for the Arbitrator to take a decision and this issue cannot be adjudicated in the present petition under Section 11(6) of the 1996 Act. 5.
