No notice is being issued to the respondents No.4 to 10 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to conduct fair investigation with respect to the FIR dated 12.09.2025 in F.I.R. No.0552 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 109, 303(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) and 308(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Gangaghat, District Unnao. 3. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Krishna Kant, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Ganga Ghat, District Unnao dated 04.11.2025 states that investigation is being carried out and Sections 191(2) and 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 have been leveled and other sections in which the FIR has been lodged has been dropped. It is further stated that investigation would be taken to its logical end expeditiously. Aforesaid statement is recorded. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
