Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to provide service benefits to petitioners from the date other candidates were permitted to join on their respective posts with all consequential service benefits. 3. It has been submitted that petitioners were recruited on the post of Constable in the Recruitment Year 2013 with select list being issued in year 2015 and joining taking place in year 2020 but service benefits as have been accorded to similarly situated and selected candidates have not been provided to petitioners. 4. Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before opposite party no.2 i.e. Additional Secretary (Recruitment), U.P. Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow. In case such representations are filed, the same are required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from receipt of representation(s) of petitioners along with a certified copy of this order. 5. With aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of.
