Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 1 to 3. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents not to harass the petitioner. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite there being no First Information Report against the petitioner, the respondents-authorities are harassing the petitioner. 4. On the other hand, learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Anshuman Kumar, Sub Inspector Police Station- Wajirganj District- Lucknow dated 27.11.2025 states that the First Information Report registered as Case Crime No. 276 of 2025 under Section 137 (2) of the B.N.S, 2023 has been lodged against the son of the petitioner namely Mr. Arman and the petitioner had only been called for the purpose of questioning. 5.
