Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that after due investigation, the police referred the case as false and filed final report before the Court vide SR No.465/2020 dated 01.09.2020 and EF No.65840. 3. In that view of the matter, petitioner is at liberty to approach jurisdictional Magistrate, for filing objections on the final report, if any, in accordance with the law. 4. With the above observations, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is closed, at the stage of admission itself. No order as to costs.
