Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of direction that the private respondent be called upon to remove the encroachment allegedly done upon the Government land. 2. This Court is of the considered view that in case, any such grievance is there of the petitioner, she shall be well advised to approach the appropriate Authority under the relevant provision. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:28696 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had approached the Authority, but in the year 2019 and 2020. 4. As, thereafter, it appears that nothing has been done by the petitioner, she may again approach the Authority forthwith and in case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner then the Authority shall take the representation/complaint of the petitioner to its logical conclusion, of course, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the issue raised in the petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as such.
