At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner in this petition is interested only in conducting of elections by the official respondents for the post of Lambardar of Village Prori Gujjran Tehsil Koteranka, District Rajouri within a stipulated period and prayed that this petition may be disposed of accordingly, to which Mrs. Monika Kohli, Sr. AAG is not averse. 2. In view of the submissions made, this petition is disposed of with a direction to official respondents to conduct the elections for the post of Lambardar of Village Prori Gujjran Tehsil Koteranka, District Rajouri within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
