This petition is submitted by the petitioner for withdrawal of the case bearing No.TS(Divorce)17 of 2025 from the Court of Ld. District Judge, North Tripura, Dharmanagar and to transfer it to the Court of Ld. Judge, Family Court, Khowai. Ld. Advocate, Mr. Rajib Saha submits that the case may transferred to the Court of Ld. Judge, Family Court at Khowai to which Ld. Counsel of the petitioner Mr. Sankar Lodh, raises no objection. Accordingly, as agreed by both the parties, case No.T.S.(Div) No.17 of 2025 is withdrawn from the Court of Ld. District Judge, Dharmanagar, North Tripura and is transferred to the Court of Ld. Judge, Family Court, Khowai for disposal of the same in accordance with law. Record of the said case shall be sent by Ld. District Judge, Dharmanagar, North Tripura, at the earliest.
