Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the request made by the petitioner in the representation at Annexure-F dated 30.12.2024 has not been considered by respondent Nos.1 and 2 who are not provided three soft copies of the booklets of subjects Chemistry of second semester, Physics and C-Programming of first semester in terms of the notifications dated 27.09.2013 and 07.03.2025 and as such petitioner is before this Court by way of the present writ petition. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents shall considered the aforesaid representation and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submissions made by both sides, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to address the grievance of the petitioner and consider pass appropriate order/take appropriate decision - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:10440 WP No. 5993 of 2025 on the petitioner’s representation at Annexure-F dated 30.12.2024 bearing in mind the VTU notification dated 27.09.2013 and VTU notification dated 07.03.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
