Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. Sri Ankit Pandey appears for the informant. 2. The present bail application has been filed seeking enlargement on bail in FIR No.298 of 2024, under Sections 302, 307, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 IPC, and section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Pali, District Hardoi. 3. It is argued that the co-accused Abrar Ali, Rahman and Ishtiyaq with similar allegation was enlarged on bail vide order dated 27.10.2025. 4. Considering and adopting the same reasoning as contained in para 7 of the order, which are similar, the applicant who has one criminal antecedents of a minor offence, is also entitled to bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Rizawan be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Awadhesh Kumar Pal Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
