The present application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.301 of 2018, under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Motipur, District Bahraich. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that the applicant was granted benefit of interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 1.8.2025. 4. There is no material to suggest that the applicant has misused the aforesaid liberty. Accordingly, the interim anticipatory bail is confirmed till the conclusion of trial. November 28, 2025 J. K.
