Petitioner has approached this Court for the following main relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to ensure make inquiry of the FIR/Case Crime No.256 of 2024 under Section 326(d), 352, 353(3) and 329(3) of B.N.S., 2023 in Police Station-Naseerabad, District- Raebareli against the accused Sunil Singh, Kanhaiya Bux Singh, Bhupendra Singh and Rajendra Pratap Singh residents of village-Pure Bisain, Post Office-Hardoi, Police Station-Gauriganj, Tehsil-Gauriganj, District-Amethi." 3. The Investigating Officer concerned is directed to file his personal affidavit with regard to active investigation made in the case within four weeks from today. 4. List this case after four weeks." 4. Learned AGA on the basis of counter affidavit filed earlier, submits that Charge Sheet No. 266/2024 dated 10.9.2024 has been filed in the court of Judicial Magistrate- II, Court No. 12, Raebareli on 10.12.2024, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous. 5.
