This petition has been filed as a Public Interest Litigation seeking following relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opp. parties specially the opp.party no.2 to 4 to set up inquiry against the opp.party no.5 who has submitted the fake certificate from time to time in respect of construction of drain, while no construction has been made up till now, so take appropriate and strict action against him and direct to the authority concerned to complete the construction of drain with immediate effect." 2. We are not satisfied with the credentials of the petitioner. Nothing has been stated as to what kind of social work has been done by the petitioner. The petitioner may approach the authorities if there is a cause. According to the learned standing counsel the project was not mandatorily required to be completed in this very year, however, it shall be taken care and needful shall be done in the next year. 3.
